Return Process

  Log into your THOMSON account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the item is in its original box with all cables, manuals, and accessories included, and securely seal the package for transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
